Rayyan Maqbool is an associate with Gunn, Lee & Cave P.C., where she assists clients in all aspects of intellectual property law. Her practice focuses on trademark prosecution, enforcement, and strategic counseling. Ms. Maqbool has experience handling matters involving trademark infringement, unfair competition, and related disputes, and regularly advises clients on brand protection, clearance, and risk management.


In addition to enforcement and dispute-related work, Ms. Maqbool prepares and prosecutes trademark and copyright applications and advises clients on the development and management of intellectual property portfolios. Her work emphasizes the intersection of legal strategy and consumer perception, helping clients build and protect distinctive brands in competitive markets.


Ms. Maqbool earned her J.D. from Tulane University Law School, where she pursued a Sports Law Certificate and certificates in Arbitration and Mediation. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, where she majored in psychology as a full-tuition merit scholar.


Outside of her practice, Ms. Maqbool enjoys photography, drawing, and exploring new cities.
